Your Nature Is Connection
In your journey into adulthood, perhaps many times you encountered deep experiences of the quiet, expansive interwoven nature of everything. Perhaps you glimpsed it for a moment in a healing process, or during a training or in the quiet moments following an intense experience. Perhaps this is something that has slowly been revealing itself to you over time, a gentle awakening, in which at times the clouds part and you see the unbroken blue arch of sky above it all.
A Deeply Human Experience
Your ability to become conscious of your own consciousness. To perceive the part of you that perceives. You encounter your capacity to notice what you are thinking about and what you are thinking with. You become the vessel for your feelings, and not a victim to them. You awaken to your innate power to know yourself.
Mostly, this is an amazing awakening and introduces you to your ever unfolding nature of consciousness.
For others, at times, being them self, in their own bubble, with their own thoughts, feelings, emotions and authority, is down right … terrifying.
That is exactly where this training begins, with you and your fear.

Grow an inner ground within yourself that all experiences can unfold
This requires cultivating a different relationship with yourself and life. And it starts with shifting your relation with your fear, to use it to gently and consistently build your awareness of your own patterns, your own sensations, feelings, emotional triggers, hooks, your parts, your thoughts.
